We offer products made of natural poplar veneer, combining environmental friendliness, affordability and reliability. Our veneer is practical and flexible and therefore ideal for the production of quality furniture. The color and thickness of the veneer varies depending on the method of processing the wood, while the longitudinal arrangement of the fibers and the use of special glue impregnation ensure the strength and durability of the products.
Our lamellas are made of high-quality poplar veneer by hot pressing using an environmentally friendly binder. They are ideal for bed bases, sofas, armchairs, deck chairs and other sleeping furniture.
Slats
Slats (slats, latoflexes, orthopedic slats) are an important element of beds and bedroom furniture. They are curved boards that are attached to the body of the bed and form the base for the mattress.
Thanks to their C-shape, the slatted frames offer:
- a low-noise construction,
- orthopedic effect,
- uniform load distribution,
- Ventilation and dryness of the mattress,
- easy repair and replacement.
High-quality slats retain their elasticity throughout the life of the furniture. We offer slats in different thicknesses, widths and lengths to adapt them to different weights and furniture types:
- Standard thickness - 8 mm,
- for higher loads - up to 12 mm,
- Width - from 3 to 11 cm (narrow and wide models).
Bеd rails
Rungs are the side bars that connect the headboard and footboard of a bed. They form the frame, determine the dimensions of the bed and serve as a base for the mattress. The boards add strength and stability to the entire structure and are a reliable support for your comfort.
